This project focusses on Tipu Sultan and the Scots in India, 1760-1800, but does not attempt to cover every detail of the period. There is a General Introduction, and a brief introduction to each theme, all written in Hindi, Urdu and English. The subject is rich in associations, history, literature, military adventure and each individual section has live links with many other sections. The choices, surprises and discoveries are all yours.
